HICAP UPDATE Japan 'On-Line Registration' is now closed.

You may register on-site at the
ANA InterContinental Tokyo from 12:00pm – 8:00pm on May 26, 2009.  To expedite your on-site registration, you may download the registration form, complete it and bring it to the HICAP UPDATE Japan registration desk at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo.  Please DO NOT fax this completed form to the registration office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Travel and lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the registrant and not included in the registration fee. Registrations are only taken online. Registrations cannot be taken over the phone. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration information. Contact information you provide during the registration process (Name, Title, Company Name, Address, and Telephone Numbers) will be shared with other conference attendees and sponsors to facilitate networking and building professional relationships, and to inform you about this conference. The hosts may use your contact details to advise you of other events and related information. Please contact us in writing if you do not want this information shared. *If you have included your cell phone number, it WILL BE included in the delegate roster distributed at the conference. This will enable other delegates to contact you. All participants must wear their name badges at all programs/functions held in conjunction with HICAP UPDATE Japan. Spouses and Guests are not permitted unless fully registered. HICAP UPDATE Japan management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending this event. Topics, speakers, agenda, networking, and other conference events are subject to change without notice.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Registrations are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable with written notice from the registered delegate only, up to May 19, 2009. After May 19, 2009, registrations are transferable with written notice for a fee of US$100. Should any balance remain unpaid, the purchaser agrees to pay costs incurred for collection. If any or all of the event is changed or cancelled, the conference hosts are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs.

 

SMART-CONNECT OPT-OUT: The SMART-Connect feature allows HICAP UPDATE Japan delegates to search and contact other registered colleagues before the HICAP UPDATE Japan conference. In SMART-Connect the following contact information will be displayed: Name, Company, Title, Location, and the Demographic Information you provided during the online registration process. The feature will enable communications via e-mail, but your e-mail address will not be disclosed to other delegates. All e-mail addresses will remain confidential at all times in SMART-Connect. SMART-Connect will open soon.

 

Please note:

Spouses and guests are not permitted unless fully registered.

 

HICAP UPDATE Japan badges are required for entrance to all conference events.

 

Dress code for the conference is business attire.

Visas:

All visitors must have a valid passport. Please consult your nearest immigration office well in advance regarding any potential visa requirements.

If any part or all of the event is changed or cancelled, the Conference hosts are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other costs of the attendee.  Speakers, agenda, networking and other Conference events are subject to change without notice.
